Dear gardening friends,

Welcome to the garden of Gunda and Tony Abajian.

LEDGEWOOD GARDENS, a family owned and operated nursery, evolved from our passionate love of gardening.

Beginning in the fall of 2007 and continuing in 2008, both of us faced medically challenging problems. However, through the grace of God and our two garden angels (Christl Schmidt and Marge Moon) our garden is back in full swing, and we are looking forward to the upcoming season.

In 2009, we will be introducing 14 tetraploid, full-formed daylilies. We are excited about our introductions and hope that you love them as we do.

For choosing which cultivars to purchase, there is nothing like seeing them in bloom.

Typically, peak bloom in our garden occurs during the middle of May. Visitors are welcome to our garden by appointment, so please call or write ahead of time. In general, during the month of May, our garden is open from 8:00 AM until noon.

LEDGEWOOD GARDENS is one of the TOUR GARDENS for the 2009 National Convention, and we are looking forward to seeing you.
